Hgraph provides blockchain data infrastructure and APIs, including:

  • GraphQL, REST, and JSON-RPC APIs for blockchain data access
  • Real-time and historical blockchain data
  • AI-powered blockchain intelligence and analytics
  • Developer tools and documentation

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. API Usage

Your use of our APIs is subject to the following conditions:

  • You must use API keys only for their intended purpose
  • You may not share your API keys with unauthorized parties
  • You must comply with rate limits and usage quotas for your plan
  • You may not use our APIs to violate any laws or regulations

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in these Terms. We may change our pricing with reasonable notice, and your continued use after such notice constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. For paid plans, service level agreements may apply as specified in your subscription terms.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HGRAPH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hgraph and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
